  I too rarely write reviews but I must say my experience in dealing with Hensons has been entirely different from the review I just read. I have just moved house having sold 3 properties over a period of 20 years through Hensons, I have also bought 2 properties including our new one from them and in every case I have received a brilliant service both as a buyer and a seller with everyone in the Nailsea office knowing exactly what was happening and keeping us posted. On this occasion I and my wife Helen were both surprised at the price that Hensons achieved (in 3 weeks) which was well above the values other estate agents had deemed possible and was more than £20,000 better than expected. They also found my new house for me and gave good advice and guidance along the way. I will definitely recommend them and have done so on several occasions in the past.* * * * *
